Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

The Foundation operates as a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing its mission. As such, all contributions are treated as charitable donations and are not subject to refunds. This includes but is not limited to:

• One-time donations

• Recurring donations

• Event ticket purchases

• Merchandise sales

Refunds may only be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as:

1. A duplicate transaction resulting in an unintentional overpayment.

2. A technical error on the Foundation’s part during the payment process.

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@davepaigefoundation.org within 14 days of the original transaction, along with proof of payment. Approval of refund requests is at the sole discretion of the Foundation.

Tax-Deductible Donations

Contributions to the Foundation may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. Refunds for donations that have already been claimed as tax deductions may have tax implications. It is your responsibility to consult with a tax professional regarding such matters.

Event Cancellation or Changes

In the rare event that the Foundation cancels or reschedules an event for which you purchased a ticket or sponsorship, the Foundation will offer the option to transfer your payment to another event or allocate it as a donation. Refunds for canceled events are provided only at the Foundation’s discretion.

Payment Disputes

The Foundation is not responsible for any fees, penalties, or charges incurred as a result of your payment. Payment disputes should be directed to your bank or payment processor. If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately at info@davepaigeandfoundation.org.
